    …it’s an attitude. At Greif, we recognise that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. From the CEO down, we are focussing on fulfilling our customers’ needs and striving to achieve and build upon our corporate vision: in industrial packaging, be the best performing customer service company in the world.

    That’s a lofty target, but it’s one that we believe we can achieve. We value customer feedback and will always do our utmost to try to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Our Greif business system includes a formalised process to discover the cause of problems and, wherever possible, prevent them from recurring.

    Greif UK has recently joined the Institute of Customer Service, and we are genuinely excited about working with them and discovering new ways to engage with our internal and external customers. We look forward to sharing our journey with you.
